Pet Transport

The transport services we offer is Ground and Flight. We are accepting Flight transport for international locations as well. please read our requirements before booking for transport!

All pets doing transport must be vaccinated. Puppies/Kittens under the age for rabies vaccine must have health letter signed by licensed veterinarian. 

Flight Transport for adult dogs or dogs too big to travel in a travel carryon bag must meet all of our requirements. 1. Must have some obedience, sit, walking on leash, and manners not jumping on people, potty trained, fine in confined spacing. We will not fly with a dog that is reactive to people or other dogs. We will not tolerate or allow dogs that mark anything & everything.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORTS: Pets must meet the Country they are entering's requirements, Age, Vaccines, Health Certification, Passport (unless going to Canada) and have all required paperwork filled out, filed with a copy sent to us via Email.

Ground Transporter will drive and meet at designated reserved place booked.  Owner of the pet must have contracts signed and paid in full before picking up. Pets are given potty breaks, food/water, and snuggles 🥰. 

Flight transporter will meet Caregiver of said pet at the Airport 3 hours before departure unless other arrangements have been made. Flight transporter then will take said pet for potty break, go through customs, potty break before boarding plane, after landing will receive another potty break and water. The person who is receiving said pet must meet at the Designated Airport agreed upon.

Flying will only allow 2 carriers. If puppies are from same Hous hold. adult dogs will only fly with 2 if they are going to same household. 

Ground Transport we only allow up to 4 dogs for transport we have limited spacing so please book in advance to insure we have a spot for you. 

Deposit must be paid in full before we your reservation is reserved. NO DEPOSIT NO RESERVSATION! After placing deposit down to hold your spot we subtract $100 out of it that is nonrefundable. We understand things happen and life doesn't always work out the way we want. We do have a 7-day cancelation policy. If you are requesting a full refund it has to be 7 days before transport date. If it is past 7 days, it is automatic default on %50 of the total deposit placed. If you cancel within 48 hours of your travel date you will forfeit entire deposit placed. 

When booking your trip, we require you to pay %50 percent of the total as a deposit to hold your transport slot/date. Out of the Deposit placed $100 of that deposit is nonrefundable. You have to have remaining due balanced paid in full 72 hours before travel date. NO FULL PAYMENT NO PICKUP. Please read cancelation policy.
